REGULATION
WORKS: The works in competition (painting, sculpture, digitalart ..) will have a maximum size of cm. 120 × 120 for paintings and prints and a maximum height of cm. 100 and width and depth not greater than cm. 50 for the sculptures. It is concurrent with a single work. There are no minimum dimensions.
NUMBER OF ARTISTS: can register all those who wish without number limit. Among the members the Jury will choose 40 (forty) finalists while the other 10 (ten) will be chosen by the public with the online vote, for a total of 50 finalists who will exhibit at Il Melograno Gallery in Livorno, from June 22th to July 7th 2018 .
VISIBILITY: the work put to the vote will appear on the site dedicated to the event, www.concorsiarte.it, which will be advertised on the websites of our circuit. Next to the work will appear the descriptive text of the artist you sent.
VOTES: the votes of the public will be made by clicking on the stars next to the photograph of the work on the site www.concorsiarte.it. The top 10 most voted will be composed of the 50 finalists. The most voted will be the winner of the Solo Show Award. At the end of the voting the works will be evaluated by the jury, kept secret until the advanced competition. The works can be voted until May 12, 2019 at 21.00. The results of the Jury’s work will be announced on Thursday 21 May, the day on which the 50 finalists will be announced, the winner chosen by the public and the winner of the Jury Prize.
END OF ENTRIES: registrations may be made until 9.00 pm on 1 May 2019
JURY: the jury will be composed of a commission of three persons, suitably qualified, whose name will be announced in an advanced competition.
SOLO SHOW PRIZE: the most voted by the public will have in his honor a personal exhibition lasting one week, to be agreed in autumn 2019, in the large entrance hall and adjacent windows (two large and two small) with a number of works evaluated by mutual agreement for the best preparation.
ART FAIR PRIZE: among the 50 finalist artists the Jury will choose the winner who will have a wall in the stand Il Melograno Art Gallery / MeloArte at ArtePadova 2019 section C.A.T.S in November 2019. The dedicated wall will have a width of 3 meters and can be exhibited, besides the winning work, a number of works varying according to their size, as indicated in our rules of the fair (eg 3 very large, 6 medium, even more if small, respecting an exhibition harmony to be preserved.If we were dealing with sculptures we will agree on a number of works that occupy a space of similar size) * (if the winner was already registered with us at the Fair will have the participation a gift and any previously anticipated fees will be reimbursed)
THE REVIEW OF FINALISTS: the first 10 classified by the selection online by public vote and another 40 chosen through the judgment of the Jury will exhibit in the gallery from 22/06 to 07/07 at our spaces with timetable 10/13 and 17/20, every day except Monday mornings. The exhibition will close on Wednesday, July 7th at 20.00.
VERNISSAGE: the inauguration of the exhibition will take place at 18.00 on Saturday 22 June, with the usual modality of the gallery, that is with a toast in honor of the artists and guests.
SALE OF THE WORKS: the sale of the works is optional. If the artist wishes to give the mandate to the gallery, a commission of 12% will be applied to the final sale price, net of VAT.
DELIVERY OF WORKS: delivery must take place between 12 and 19 June and the collection between 11 and 17 July. The assembly will be edited by the gallery, it being understood that the layout of the works is at the discretion of the gallery. The shipment will be at the expense of the artist, both for sending and for the return of the works.

REGOLAMENTO
OPERE: Le opere in concorso (pittura, scultura, digitalart..) potranno avere una dimensione massima di cm. 120×120 per i quadri e le stampe e un’altezza massima di cm. 100 e larghezza e profondità non superiori a cm. 50 per le sculture. Si concorre con una sola opera. Non ci sono dimensioni minime.
NUMERO DI ARTISTI: possono iscriversi tutti coloro che lo desiderano senza limite di numero. Tra gli iscritti la Giuria sceglierà 40 (quaranta) finalisti mentre gli altri 10 (dieci) saranno scelti dal Pubblico con il voto online, per un totale di 50 finalisti che esporranno alla galleria Il Melograno di Livorno, dal 16 giugno fino al 4 luglio 2018.
VISIBILITÀ: l’opera posta in votazione comparirà nel sito dedicato all’evento, www.concorsiarte.it, che sarà pubblicizzato nei siti del nostro circuito. Accanto all’opera comparirà il testo descrittivo dell’artista da voi inviato.
VOTAZIONI: le votazioni del pubblico avverranno cliccando sulle stelline accanto alla fotografia dell’opera sul sito www.concorsiarte.it. I primi 10 più votati andranno a comporre la rosa dei 50 finalisti. Il più votato sarà il vincitore del Premio Solo Show. Al termine delle votazioni le opere saranno valutate dalla giuria, mantenuta segreta fino a concorso avanzato. Le opere potranno essere votate dal momento dell’iscrizione fino al giorno 20 maggio 2018 alle ore 21.00. I risultati del lavoro della Giuria saranno resi noti giovedì 31 maggio, giorno in cui saranno proclamati i 50 finalisti, il vincitore scelto dal Pubblico e il vincitore del Premio della Giuria.
CHIUSURA DELLE ISCRIZIONI: le iscrizioni potranno essere effettuate fino alle ore 21.00 del giorno 10 maggio 2018
GIURIA: la giuria sarà composta da una commissione di tre persone, adeguatamente qualificate, il cui nome sarà reso noto a concorso avanzato.
PREMIO SOLO SHOW: il più votato dal Pubblico avrà in suo onore una mostra personale della durata di una settimana, in data da concordarsi nell’ autunno 2018, nella sala grande di ingresso e vetrine adiacenti (due grandi e due piccole) con un numero di opere valutato di comune accordo per il miglior allestimento.
PREMIO ART FAIR: tra i 50 artisti finalisti la Giuria sceglierà il vincitore che avrà in premio una parete nello stand Il Melograno Art Gallery/MeloArte presso ArtePadova 2018 sezione C.A.T.S dal 16 – 19 novembre 2018 . La parete dedicata avrà una larghezza di 3 metri e potranno essere esposte, oltre l’opera vincitrice, un numero di opere variabile in base alla loro grandezza, secondo quanto indicato nel nostro regolamento della fiera ( ad es. 3 molto grandi, 6 medie, ancora di più se piccoline, nel rispetto di un’armonia espositiva da preservare. Se si dovesse trattare di sculture concorderemo un numero di opere che occupino uno spazio di simile ampiezza) *(se il vincitore fosse già iscritto con noi alla Fiera avrà la partecipazione omaggio e gli saranno rimborsate le quote eventualmente già anticipate)
LA RASSEGNA DEI FINALISTI: i primi 10 classificati dalla selezione online tramite voto del Pubblico e altri 40 scelti tramite il giudizio della Giuria esporranno in galleria dal 16/06 al 04/07 presso i nostri spazi con orario 10/13 e 17/20, tutti i giorni ad esclusione delle mattine della domenica e del lunedì. La mostra chiuderà mercoledì 04 luglio alle ore 20.00.
VERNISSAGE: l’inaugurazione della mostra avverrà alle ore 18.00 di sabato 16 giugno, con la consueta modalità della galleria, e cioè con un brindisi in onore degli artisti e degli invitati.
VENDITA DELLE OPERE: la vendita delle opere è facoltativa. Qualora l’artista desiderasse dare il mandato alla galleria, sarà applicata una commissione del 10% sul prezzo finale di vendita, al netto dell’iva.
CONSEGNA DELLE OPERE: la consegna dovrà avvenire nei giorni compresi tra il 1 e il 12 giugno e il ritiro entro il 20/07. Il montaggio sarà a cura della galleria, restando inteso che la disposizione delle opere è a totale discrezione della galleria. La spedizione sarà a cura e a spese dell’artista, sia per l’invio che per il ritiro delle opere.
